A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. 

Cancellations of bookings attract the below charges. 

• Cancellation, Date of Stay to Fourteen (14) days, FULL PAYMENT required. FULL PAYMENT for a NO-SHOW. 

• -Cancellation made Fifteen (15) days to twenty-eight (28) days of stay date, forfeiture of DEPOSIT.

• -Cancellation made Twenty-nine (29) days to fifty-six (56) days (8 weeks) of stay date, will receive a refund of deposit less a $100 cancellation fee for each cabin booked.

• - Cancellation due to COVID legislation not allowing you to travel. Full refund less $100 cancellation fee providing you provide confirmation of being Covid +ve (PCR test results from LAB or screenshot of text from NSW, VIC, SA, WA, QLD, NT Health confirming this). 

At the manager’s sole discretion, the deposit may be transferred to another time, depending on the cancellation request and availability. 

WHOLE PROPERTY BOOKINGS – Weddings, Conferences, Retreats, Family get togethers etc. Payment and Cancellation policy on quotation provided to you and may differ from above.

Hidden Haven Barrington Tops, its management and staff, shall not be liable to any guest or invitee of any guest for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises.  

Personal property shall include any personal effects or motor vehicles parked on the premises.
